The board of directors of MIL is headed by Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). At present MIL board consists of 4 whole time directors including CMD and 3 other Directors. The Directors are responsible for Human Resource, Operations, and Finance functions. Board also has one Govt. Nominated Director.
